Disabled Car Parking At Glasgow Airport
Glasgow airport has made changes to try and accommodate for disabled passengers at the airport and this includes making the airport parking facilities better.
Disabled parking and information at the Airport
At the airport parking you will find that clearly signed blue badge and orange badge parking is available in the car parks 1 and 2, and the spaces are located as close to the terminal building as possible. In car park 2 spaces are available on all levels and Help Points are available on every level if you need to contact someone. If you require help within the car park you can contact NCP via the help points
When arriving if you require assistance from the car park to the terminal building, this should be arranged in advance by phoning THS (Scotland) on +44 (0)141 842 7700 or emaill: info@thsscotland.co.uk.

We do advise you to contact the appropriate car park in advance to arrange suitable arrangements for transfer to the terminal building. Induction loops are throughout the airport that are highly visible through the ’sympathetic ear’ symbol.
Guide and hearing dogs are allowed in the airport.
* The multistory car park has a general height limit of two metres (6′9″).
Glasgow airport have been implementing our policy of Easy Access for All with the help of the Disabled Persons’ Transport Advisory Committee, and its good to know that the BAA has taken on the organisation and provision of special assistance at our airports. If you have a disability, you can request assistance from Help Points in the following locations at Glasgow Airport.
* On every level of Car Park 2 * Next to the blue badge spaces in Car Parks 1 and 3. * In Bute Road (for passengers arriving by coach) * The central reservation in front of the terminal building * T2 check-in * The reserved seating areas in the terminal.
